Our song, "Fly", was written for the Off-Broadway play, The Soldier Dreams, which is opening March 25th in New York City. A special piano version of the song will be featured in the play. You can listen and purchase a download of this version from our BandCamp site: burnthemaps.bandcamp.com.

Burn the Maps is a four-piece, mostly acoustic, band based in Colorado Springs, Colorado. They write and perform original songs that create a unique blend of acoustic and electric sounds with intricate three-part harmonies, anchored by tasteful drumming. Their latest release, Terra Incognita, provides twelve unique tracks that invoke their multi-layered indie-folk-pop roots.

Burn the Maps are inspired by artists such as The Swell Season, Death Cab for Cutie, Ingrid Michaelson, The Frames, Coldplay, U2, Bon Iver, Wilco, R.E.M., The Old 97s, Radiohead, Nickel Creek, The Avett Brothers, Mumford and Sons, and many more.
